I agree with this. If you aren't on Jann Wenner's infinite playlist, you aren't getting into the R&R HOF. It's a shame that the creator of what amounts to a fanzine is such an influential figure in determining what qualifies as Hall of Fame-worthy.
Meanwhile, Bono could cannibalize John Lennon's remains and fart and Wenner would save half of it in a tank to inhale Dennis-Hopper-Blue-Velvet-style on special occasions, and put the other half into an installation in Cleveland -- $25 a whiff.
